Great location near attractions and easy access to public transportation. Lovely rooms with all necessary amenities and comfortable bedding. The hotel restaurant served delicious food with plenty of options to choose from.
The staff at the front desk was not very attentive and welcoming, which made for an unpleasant check-in experience. The bathroom in the room needed some attention as it was not very clean and had some plumbing issues that were not resolved during our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Sai Chhatra. The AC worked perfectly, and the bed sheets were fresh and spotless. Despite some minor drawbacks, like a leaky AC and a broken TV, the overall experience was enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, and the restaurant served tasty food. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the bus stand and very close to eateries. The staff are very cooperative and helpful in nature. The cleanliness of the property is commendable and the hotel facilities make for a comfortable stay.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Our thanksgiving stay was amazing! the decorations and ambiance were so warm and inviting. the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. the breakfast was so delicious that we went back for seconds and thirds. the location of the hotel was perfect - we were able to walk to many local attractions. Plus, the return gift was such a thoughtful touch.
the hotel staff took care of us so well that we didn't want to leave!
